The only mistake I’ve made with purchasing my first home was not calling Gunnar first! I called two different mortgage companies that basically weren’t willing to help me with purchasing a home from a family members estate. After wanting to give up, I was recommended to Gunnar. At that point, I lost hope and thought what I was hoping to do was impossible. Gunnar truly made a dream come true. Any time I had a question or concern, he’d call. My wife and I purchased our first home today and did so with Gunnar as our lender. I reached out to Gunnar two years ago and he selflessly took the time to draw up a game plan for us to be able to purchase a home in 2025 as a self employed buyer. Then on top of that he answered all of my emails, texts, calls throughout the last two years and continued to guide us through and make sure we were on track. The end result?
